The concept of environmental protection can be creatively explored through the following aspects:

●Symbiosis of Nature and Humanity: Emphasize the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature, depicting scenes where humans integrate with trees, animals, and natural landscapes. Highlight human dependence on and responsibility to protect nature.

●Impact of Climate Change and Environmental Pollution: Raise awareness and reflection on issues such as environmental pollution and climate change by portraying their effects on the Earth. Scenes depicting forest fires, ocean pollution, and endangered species emphasize the urgency of environmental issues.

●Sustainable Development and Ecological Conservation: Showcase the positive impact of sustainable development and environmental actions on improving the environment. Depict environmental practices such as clean energy utilization, waste sorting, and recycling, as well as efforts made by people to protect the Earth.

●Biodiversity and Ecological Balance: Emphasize the importance of biodiversity to the Earth's ecosystem and the necessity of maintaining ecological balance. Create works highlighting various flora and fauna, emphasizing their uniqueness and interdependence, and calling for respect and protection of all life forms.

●Endangered Species and Natural Landscapes: Present images of threatened species and environments to highlight the urgency of their protection. Scenes depicting endangered flora and fauna, as well as damaged natural landscapes, convey the urgent need to protect biodiversity and the natural environment.

Exhibitors:

Schools, universities, various art training institutions, and artists and art enthusiasts from North America, Europe, and Asia.

Categories:

Youth Group (Ages 5-18), Adult Group (No Age Limit)

Exhibition Items:

Painting (materials unlimited), Calligraphy, Tablet Computer Drawing, Computer Design, Photography (black and white, color works accepted)

Registration and Payment:

●Please log in to the official website http://www.worldoflovecarnival.com/. Take high-resolution photos or scan your works and upload them to the official website. and fill out the registration form. The registration fee e-transfer to:

worldoflovecarnival@gmail.com.

When making an E-Transfer, please include the name of the contributor.

●For the youth category, the submission fee is $30 CAD, and for adults, it is $50 CAD. Each participant can submit up to two works. Once registered successfully, the exhibition registration fee is non-refundable.

●Please ensure that the submitted personal information is accurate and true. Any modifications to the registration information (including but not limited to name, category, etc.) after submission require a fee of $10 CAD each time.

Selection Process:

All submitted works will be reviewed by the jury. Selected works will be displayed on the official website and WeChat platform, and all exhibitors will receive a certificate of participation.

Terms of Authorization:

Participants grant full authorization to the North America Chinese Culture Promotion Society for their exhibited works. The Society is not responsible for any loss or damage to mailed entries, and submitted works will not be returned. Participants must guarantee that the exhibited works are original. Participants must adhere to the requirements set by the North America Chinese Culture Promotion Society for the exhibited works. Selected works will become the property of the organizing unit and may be collected, exhibited, or published without additional compensation.

Exhibition Rules:

●The organizing committee treats each participant with fairness, impartiality, and rigor.

●The "2024 Adult and Youth Painting and Photography Joint Exhibition" adopts online registration for application submission, followed by uploading high-resolution photos of the works to the official website http://www.worldoflovecarnival.com/.

●Each exhibitor can submit a maximum of 2 works for the exhibition.

●The dimensions for traditional painting works are 11" x 16" (30 cm x 42 cm), either vertical or horizontal.

●The dimensions for acrylic painting works are 16" x 20" (42 cm x 51 cm).

●The dimensions for photography works are 30" x 24" (60 cm x 75 cm).

●Electronic works must be in JPG or PNG format with a resolution of no less than 300 dpi. The file size should not exceed 10MB.

Public Welfare Cooperation:

Part of the registration fee will be used in curation, while the rest will be donated to local medical institutions.
